What's the shelf life and how should I store my snacks?
Keep your Namkeen Queens goodies in a cool, dry spot in an airtight container — and dig in within 10 days of opening for peak crunch.
Savory snacks:
• 2 months shelf life.
• Max 1 month from date of expiration on the tin.
Sweet snacks:
• 1–2 months shelf life.
• Store in the fridge to extend freshness, then warm gently before eating (this may slightly alter the taste).

Do your snacks contain preservatives?
All our snacks are 100% homemade, do not contain preservatives and are made in small batches.
Just pure, authentic ingredients — and lots of flavor.

How many ladoos come in each box?
• 4 oz Assorted Ladoo Box: 2 pieces

Ordering
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our shop, add your favorite snacks (or masalas!) to the cart and proceed to checkout.
You’ll get an order confirmation by email and we’ll send you tracking info once it ships.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay and Google Pay.
What's your return / refund policy?
If your order arrives damaged or you’re not satisfied, email us within 7 days of delivery at support@namkeenqueens.com. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Can I customize my order?
We’ll do our best to make your snack dreams come true!
When you shop online, pop your customization ideas into the Order Notes (and don’t forget your email or IG handle so we can double-check any details).

Do you ship internationally?

When will my order ship?
In-stock goodies — head out in 1–2 business days.
Pre-orders — ship on the date you see on the product and checkout pages.
If we’re off at an event, stay in the loop via our IG HERE and make sure you’re subscribed to our emails for the latest updates!

Do you offer a subscription service?
Absolutely! You can subscribe to our savory snacks and Dink Ladoos with delivery every month, every 6 weeks or every 2 months — no reordering required.

What do I do if I have trouble logging in?
If you’e trying to log in but getting an error, don't worry! We’re here to help. The error is most likely popping up due to your account not being confirmed when you made your first order. All you need to do is shoot us an email at: support@namkeenqueens.com and we’ll get a password creation email sent out to you asap.

Do you offer wholesale? What are the requirements?
To qualify for wholesale, we must be able to verify that you have a physical retail location with a valid address. Examples include but are not limited to, small-scale and large grocery stores/chains, cafes, restaurants, gyms, etc.
