We wanted to take a moment to address your concerns. The packaging you received was our compostable refill packaging, which we offer for our 8 oz packs as part of our sustainability efforts. However, we understand that durability is just as important, and we’re excited to share that we’ve now introduced new reusable tin containers ( for the 8 and 16 oz sizes as well ) to better protect our snacks during transit.
We’re actively working on improving our packaging to ensure that our snacks arrive fresh and intact. As for the shipping delay, we understand how frustrating that can be, and we’re working on better communication for any unforeseen delays in the future. This seems to be during the time we were away for a month regardless we will strive to better communicate to our customers.
